- Congenital Disorders that Affect Multiple Body Systems – non-mosaic Down syndrome.
- Neurological Disorders – includes things like convulsive epilepsy, nonconvulsive epilepsy, Parkinsonian syndrome, cerebral palsy, spinal cord or nerve root lesions, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, peripheral neuropathies, cerebral trauma and more.
- Mental Disorders – includes things like organic mental disorders, schizophrenic, paranoid and other psychotic disorders, mental retardation, anxiety-related disorders, personality disorders, substance addiction disorders, autistic disorder and more.
- Cancer (Malignant Neoplastic Diseases) – includes things like soft tissue tumors of the head and neck, skin, lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, breast, lungs, esophagus or stomach, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, kidneys, urinary bladder-carcinoma, cancers of the female genital tract-carcinoma, prostrate gland-carcinoma, testicles and more.
- Immune System Disorders – includes things like systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, immune deficiency disorders, HIV, inflammatory arthritis and more.
